A guided meditation to assist in relaxation during this Pandemic. Together, lets set the intention to practice the PAUSE.

What you will need:
- One lit candle (optional, you can visualize a candle flame in your minds-eye).
- Headphones

Every time you listen to this guided meditation, the effects are accumulative. The more you relax, the longer these wonderful, peaceful sensations of comfort will integrate and increase for longer periods of time - each and every time you reinforce these feelings of comfort and relaxation.
