Planetary Magick, Candle Lecture & Workshop
OVERVIEW
The planetary energies are part of our Universe and dimension. We leverage and work with these existing energies to create change: either internal change within ourselves or external changes to our environment. We will discuss the Shadow and Light of Luna - and time our rituals to the rhythm, cycle different lunar phases of energy (the arising and materializing of living matter & energy, and the decaying and releasing of living matter & energy).
Suggestions for creating, clearing and cultivating an altar and Sacred Space. Plus, necessary self care rituals for:

As with most relationships, the more time you take to get to know someone’s personality, spend time nurturing an energetic bond and connection, the stronger the bond will be. This is the same when building an energetic bond, altar and spiritual connection with the planetary spirits.

Working with Planetary Hours & Days
When preforming your ritual, or setting an intention, you’ll elect a Planetary Day and Hour. The Planetary Day is the energetic coloring for the day, while the planetary hour acts as a beam of energetic light shining down at that point in time. You can work with the same planetary day and hour (Thursday, Jupiter with the hour of Jupiter); or you can be creative and combine energies (Friday, Venus with the fiery energy of Mars).
Planetary Squares / Kameas
The Persians created Magickal Squares to each of the planets (Saturn, Sol, Luna, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus) known as kameas. Each square has a number of boxes within a row, that correspond to the number for that planet. For example, Jupiter is 4 across and 4 down; Saturn is 3 across and 3 down, etc. When you add up all the numbers within the rows for Saturn, you’ll always get 15. For Mars, if you add up any boxes within the row (across or down), you’ll get 65. There is magick within these squares. Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa, created seals for the planets, their intelligence and spirits by using kameas. Seals created from the Planetary Squares can be used in may ways: carved in a candle, drawn and left on your altar, placed in mojo bags.
