Candle Gazing - Connect with your Spirit Guide and Deceased Loved Ones

The first recording, Candle Gazing Overview, is an introduction to your new intuitive tool.

Introduction

Allow the candle flame to guide you to access your subconscious and Higher Self - observe the images that come to your inner vision. Prior to working with your new intuitive tool, create the intention to connect deeper with your subconscious and Higher Self. Select a dedicated space, and create an altar, where you’ll continue to work, commit and honor this connection with your self and Higher Self. When you're ready, make yourself comfortable, light some incense, light your candle, state your intention - to connect with your Spirit Guide and / or a deceased loved one, and begin.

The second recording is your guided journey. You will be guided through a chakra meditation for protection and aligning your spiritual body with your physical body - prior to journeying to meet your deceased loved ones and Spirit Guide. The more you journey this path, and become more comfortable with this altered state of being. … the easier and immediate it will become to connect with your Spirit Guide.

The third recording is your guided journey focused on meeting your deceased Loved Ones. You will be guided through a chakra meditation for protection and aligning your spiritual body with your physical body - prior to journeying.

Suggested Practices

  • Be mindful of fire-safety.

  • Allow yourself to simply connect. If nothing arises for you (visuals, images) - allow yourself the discipline and dedication to simply sit and create space to connect. No information does not necessarily mean there is not. It takes time to slow down, align and learn the language of energetic communication. It’s possible that the first few tries, or first month, is a calling for you observe and sit in awareness. Many people find it challenging to quiet their minds and sit in observation. To sit in energetic awareness is itself is a practice and gift. Be patient, remain dedicated and focused.

  • Dedicate a space and altar to connect with yourself and Higher Self.

  • Dedicate 15 to 30 minutes for this exercise.

  • Days to connect deeper with your intuition are: Mondays, and hours ruled by the Moon.

  • Days that are supportive for the discipline towards meditation are: Saturdays, and hours ruled by Saturn (for study and discipline).

  • Set the intention for your Higher Self, and Subconscious to show you “what you need to know” for the week ahead; start small.

  • Feel free to burn incense: frankincense, mugwort or whatever incense that is called to you.
