Cosmic Manifestation: Astrologically-Empowered Co-Creation

The planets are like gods that grant us their divine power, each one with a unique flavor that can be used to help us effect change. Get to know the planetary influences and understand their domain to tap into the power of the cosmos.

You may or may not know that you can use planetary influences to charge your manifestations. Cosmically-synced co-creation uses the currents of the "astrological weather" to provide your intentions with an energetic momentum. To understand this more clearly, think of the unseen planetary energies as one of the causal forces influencing current events.

To understand the planetary influences in greater detail, first recognize that each planet astrologically corresponds to a different domain of life, thus emitting a different "flavor" of energy, if you will. The traits of this planetary energy are what determine how they can be utilized to help effect change, with each planetary "god" playing a unique role in its respective domain.

This section also discusses the Shadow and Light of Luna, the moon. This helps determine how to appropriately time your co-creation rituals to her waxing and waning cycles. As the moon grows larger in the sky, this corresponds to invoking energy and materializing goals. Conversely, as her light decreases in the sky at the Full Moon, the cycle is suited to releasing matter and energy.

The more you nurture the connection with each of these planetary bodies, the stronger your bond will be; this same principle applies to cosmic manifestation. The first steps thus begin with building an energetic bond, altar, and spiritual connection to the planetary spirits and spirit guides you work with. The more you become familiar with the planetary gods, and provide each with offerings and nourishment, the more you will become familiar with the reflections of their divine aspects within yourself.

“Lunar and solar eclipses amplify the energy of their sign at the time. They reveal to us things that are hidden and open gates of consciousness in accordance with the astrological influence.”

– Marie Satori

Timing your rituals

Our ancestors first began the tradition of observing the celestial bodies above. It was by observing celestial patterns that the concept of the calendar was created. The Babylonians developed a horoscope around 500 BCE, rounding the lunar cycle down to 28 days and dividing this time into four periods of seven days, named for the planetary gods and seven observable planets. Chaldean astronomers then observed the planets, taking note of their relative speeds. Aside from periods of retrograde, they noted the moon moved the fastest and Saturn the slowest.

Tree of Life
Chaldean Planetary Order

A similar ascending and descending order is displayed on the Tree of Life, which depicts spiritual ascent and descent. This refers to the ascent of the soul's consciousness beyond the material or the descent of a heavenly idea to material manifestation.

Ascending – Slow planets like Saturn are associated with slow-moving, overarching experiences that can take years, or even lifetimes, to unfold. These planets govern longitudinal trends and phases.

Descending – Faster planets are associated with the material world, or things that impact us on a daily basis. These quicker vibrations correspond to the elements of life that are constantly changing, like our daily experiences and learnings.

Drawing from the Babylonian tradition's planetary correspondences with the days of the week, it is possible to sync your manifestations with the cosmic rhythm to fuel their efficacy.  To better understand which days to initiate your rituals, pick the day of the week that corresponds to the planet and the domain of life that corresponds to what you are calling in.

  • Sundays are for connecting with Sol (☉) and Source. This is an ideal day to

focus on self-care, Spirit, and to regenerate energy for the week ahead.

  • Mondays, ruled by Luna (☽), are the ideal days to set weekly intentions that focus on what you want to manifest. Depending on what sign Luna is in on Monday, she sets the emotional tone for the entire week ahead.

  • Tuesdays, ruled by Mars (♂), can leverage the planet's proactive energy to take aligned action toward your stated intentions.

  • Wednesdays, ruled by Mercury (☿), are great for processing any progress via meetings, networking, and communication.

  • Thursdays, ruled by Jupiter (♃) the Beneficent, is for expanding and exploring the intention(s).

  • Fridays, ruled by Venus (♀), are for cultivating gratitude. Acknowledge what has been called in thus far, and celebrate your wins no matter how small.

  • Saturday, ruled by Saturn (♄), brings either an obligation or a reward. If you focus on your intentions throughout the week, you can take the day to celebrate. If you lose focus, Saturn’s day is for refocusing on the incomplete tasks and errands from the week before.

Naming the Planetary Days & Hours

The planetary days and hours are part of our Babylonian inheritance. Planetary Days were first introduced in Babylonia when our attention turned upwards towards the sky. This is where and when the framework of planetary days, we believe, was first introduced.

The only key to the present is in the past
The Babylonians developed a horoscope around 500 BCE, where each day of the week was assigned to one of the seven observable planets: the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn. The official Roman calendar adopted the seven-day week with the names of the gods whose qualities were like those planets. This system is similar to philosophy in Vedic astrology - which shows the culturally Babylonian influence spread both east (India) and west (Rome).

Guido Bonatti, an Italian astrologer born circa AD 1207 was an Italian court astrologer. He wrote, Liber Astronomiae, the "Book of Astronomy" - which was heavily influenced by Arabic astrology and introduced the concept of “Planetary Nights.” Planetary nights compliment the Planetary Day:

Planetary Day & Evenings
Ex: Mo(o)nday is ruled by the moon, and the 1st hour of dusk/evening is ruled by the planetary hour of Mars. Gifts us the energy of Mars to act on our weekly intentions set earlier in the day.

Planetary Days & Hours

Find a quiet space. Set an intention to observe & absorb the wisdom, either consciously or subconsciously

In the first foundation, we will discuss the framework for our observation of rhythm, time, and cycles. This is a space to learn of the planetary days, evenings, and hours. Asking questions such as; why is Monday the day of the moon? or why is Sunday the day of the sun? This informative foundation shows you how to set intentions and live in rhythm with the Universal energies. Through this, we ask the planetary gods to assist us in manifesting our desires, teaching us through observation, and supporting our evolution. You may already be familiar with setting intentions,  rituals and manifesting; if so this foundation will be a confirmation of what you know. If you are new to this framework, lets now - together - set the intention to learn. Take your time and enjoy the videos, audio and written word.
