XVI. The Tower

The journey from the Devil to The World, we learn about the Law of Detachment and the challenges that arise from our need to control.

The Tower is the seventeenth key of the major arcana. The Fool stands before the tower, which climbs towards the heavens. She must remember her teachings from the Death card — that the only constant in life is change, and that the more she resists, clinging to her ego, the more the Universe will humble her with shocking displays of power.

I am never moved nor shaken by the outside environment.
I am non-reactive. I am rooted, grounded and stable.
I am supported and safe.
I am able to find optimistic ways of dealing with difficulties.

XVI. The Tower

Bring your attention to the people who support you, the safety you have with a roof over your head and the freedom of being able to make so many decisions for yourself.
