VI. The Lovers

The first seven cards in the Major Arcana depict ones fundamental level of development; the earliest stages of self- awareness, our first relationships with others, and our initial attempts at self mastery.

The Lovers is the sixth key of the Major Arcana where the Fool learns of choice. The Lovers represent the union between the divine masculine and the divine feminine, the sacred marriage, and the transformation of the sexual energies that are required for this inner union.

I accept myself and love myself enough to face big decisions.
Love, forgiveness and understanding is the very foundation of my relationship.

VI. The Lovers

The core of The Lovers is a choice. Two people choose to live and navigate life in partnership. When we are able to face a big life choice, we grow. The power is in the choice and facing the decision, more so than the emotional connection.
